There aren’t any “cures” for allergies, but there are some things that can help reduce the symptoms.

This can be a simple, safe cure. It gives truly remarkable results and it’s using natural oils. Olive, almond or coconut work well. Gradually build up to a quite vigorously rubbing of the areas. It’s best to first tighten skin by partially opening mouth about 3/4″ and pulling lips firmly back against teeth. Tightens most of face. If you can do for up to 30 min or even more a day – not necessarily all at once – you will see clear diminishing. Keep up treatment and in two/three weeks you will see clear fading. Overtime they will diminish more. Treatment completely got rid of all my dark spots, a mass of freckles, pigmentations, even a facial mole, prominent scars and countless other skin imperfections.
Treatment has helped many on Answers.(see my B.A.). Massaging entire face on a daily basis will even out skin color and will tighten and make skin smooth and totally blemish free and give it a healthy glow.

external medicine isnt that effective in this case. .try eating fiber i.e. flour material .. ask a nutritionist about the best fiber products. try them in natural form , i mean without preservatives, then drink lots of water and finally start with water like the muslim people do after using toilet. stop rubbing it with dry toilet paper.

There is no ONE natural “cure all”. While there are several natural remedies that will heal or cure different illnesses, bug bites, and physical injuries …..you’ll need to use the appropriate natural remedy for a specific ailment.

Are you currently suffering from a specific injury or ailment right now? If so, what is it? If you will provide more details, I’ll be happy to give you some sound advice and possibly a few natural “cure alls” for your specific needs.
